Creepy Hollow of Mahwah has generously constructed a handmade collection "coffin" which has become the most popular Hunger Is Scary food collection location! Bill & Vikki Ackerson, along with their three children, have been collecting food for Hunger Is Scary for years, and have filled their collection coffin many times over! You MUST visit Creepy Hollow of Mahwah this year to see their amazing Halloween display and to drop your food item(s) in the collection "coffin". Bring the entire Family!

Start a collection site at your workplace and have colleagues donate or set up a collection site in your neighborhood! Follow the link below to get template flyers, collection site examples, and tips for making your collection a success!
You've been Ghosted!
Deliver brown bags (ask your local grocery store for a few) and type a fun "You've Been Ghosted" message with a small treat, and ask your neighbor or friend to fill the bag with items to donate to your local pantry! Ask them to drop them off in one of the Hunger Is Scary donation sites around town.
